2006 Panoz GTS GT2 Race Car

Very Competitive SCCA GT2 car

Won Championship in 2006 and 2008 Has set track records at PIR, Reno, Seattle, and Laguna, some still current. Won over 80% of all races entered

This is my Personal Race Car, I am the Panoz GTS Distributor for the West Coast

It has has every upgrade and is fully sealed and SCCA Legal in GT2

Only has 48.1 hours on chassis since new, and is in perfect race condition!

Chassis: 1.75 X1.75 Steel Tube Space Framee

DOM 1.75 X .095 8 point roll cage w/ triple tube side protection and 18 gauge interior panels

Meets all SCCA requirements

Engine: NEW 5.8 liter Ford SVO Racing Block 10.5 Compression

476 hp at 6400 rpm as tested on Loynings Dyno

Engine is Brand NEW and has not been race or tested besides Dyno Break in time

Carburetor is a Holley 750 double pump with spec Proform center section flows at 825 cfm

New Quartermaster V-Extreme clutch and flywheel face plate surface

Ignition is MSD 6AL and new Ford Racing Spark Plug wires

Exhaust is a Hedman Headers special built for Panoz with Flowmaster mufflers that will pass the toughest sound testers, even Laguna Seca!

Transmission is a Tremec TKO-600 with internal upgrades ands like bronze shift pads, special brass syncros, and modified shift selector to protect form over shifting.

Final Drive is Ford 9" full floater with a Trutrac 3.89 gear ratio and with internal pump and external oil cooler

Suspension is Unequal A arms in the front and adjustable front sway bar. Penske single adjustable shocks that were just rebuilt two races ago and are sealed. Wheel bearings and seals replaced three races ago. Bearing freshly repacked.

Rear Suspension is 4 bar trailing arms with adjustable rear sway bar. Penske single adjustable shocks that wer just rebuilt two races ago and are sealed. New Wheels bearings and seals, and new inner axle seals just replaced

Front Brakes are Brembo Racing Calipers and two piece rotors with allow hats (latest version) Brake rotors have only two races on them and are in almost new condition, Brake pads are also almost new and are Carbotech XP12 pads

Rear Brakes are Brembo two piece rotors and hats. New Pads, Carbotech XP10 New

Wheels are CCW Forged alloy lightweight racing wheels Two complete sets with slicks 10" front and 11" rear wheels, they are black powder coated with no damage 285/640/18 front and 305/645/18 rear Pirelli slick tires

Steering is rack and pinion with power assist.

Gauges are Autometer Oil Pressure , Oil Temperature, Water temperature and Autometer Monster Tach with memory

This car is is in excellent condition with over $125k invested in it and it has always been kept at the highest maintenance level professionally.

It is also one of the most recent Panoz GTS cars built, with the lowest hours on it.

I have done lots of development work on these cars and I will share all of the best set up information.
